Original products straight from the manufacturer
All TATRADERM products are sold directly by us, so you can be confident that you receive an authentic product of the stated quality. Every cream is produced and checked in line with EU requirements for cosmetic products. This means counterfeit goods or products of unknown origin never reach you.

14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in distance selling. Simply send us a clear statement of withdrawal by email or post. You may also use the model withdrawal form included in our Terms and Conditions.

How returns work

• Send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract.
• The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, ideally with proof of purchase.
• Please include your contact details and the bank account number to which we should refund your payment.
• We will refund your payment within 14 days of your withdrawal, but no earlier than once we have received the returned goods or you have proven that you have sent them back.
• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless we agree otherwise.

Hygiene and safety come first
For hygiene and health protection reasons, cosmetic products whose original packaging has been opened after delivery (for example, a broken seal or an opened and used cream) cannot be returned. If returned goods are damaged or partly used and do not match the condition in which we shipped them, we may reduce the refund by the demonstrable loss in value.
